Legal notice and privacy
OpenWorkdays is a free information service. This page says who publishes it, what the data may be used for, and what the site does with your visit (almost nothing).
Publisher
This site is published by AR Digital, 19 Boulevard Marcel Cahen, 1311 Luxembourg. VAT: LU31924086. Contact: hello@openworkdays.com.
Hosting: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States, through its global network including data centres in the European Union.
Data and licence
Holiday dates are generated from the open source holidays library (MIT licence) with the corrections described on the methodology page. The generated dataset is published under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0: you may copy, redistribute and adapt it, including commercially, provided you credit OpenWorkdays with a link.
The information is provided in good faith and checked regularly, but without warranty. Governments change holidays at short notice and lunar dates move. Check the official source before relying on a date for payroll, a legal deadline or a contract, and tell us about any error.
Privacy
The site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or third party tracking. The working days calculator runs entirely in your browser; the dates you enter are never sent to a server. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address for that request. Traffic statistics, when enabled, use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or fingerprinting and does not track visitors across sites. Server logs kept by the host are used only to operate the service and to defend it against abuse.
If you write to us, your message and address are kept for as long as needed to answer and to keep a record of corrections. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time at the address above.
